Client Services Analyst

One of North America’s premier Payments Management Companies is seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join its Client Services Analyst team. Who we are looking for:

This entry-level position calls for a person who is patient, logical, communicative, dependable and persistent. We are looking for individuals who don’t rest until they see a task through to its conclusion. The right candidate would be a motivated and energetic individual that is able to meet deadlines in an efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Answering Support phone calls and emails ranging from reconciliation issues to store downs on our 24 Hour Help Desk
  • Assisting our third party partners
  • Help customers maintain the reliability and performance of their systems
  • Handle multiple priorities within a fast paced environment, ultimately ensuring the best customer experience
  • Properly documenting actions taken on cases opened, worked on and processed

Skills and Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology
  • Ability to learn and understand new ideas and concepts
  • Written and verbal communication skills, possessing a professional yet personal tone
  • Possesses a joy for working with computer hardware and troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to "think on your feet", assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies and solutions while collecting information about a customer's issue
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Credentials and Experience:

  • Training will be provided

Deployment Specialist

One of North America’s premier Payments Management Companies is seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join its Solutions Deployment Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are excited about technology, customer service and travel throughout continental North America.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Striving to ensure customer satisfaction through providing top notch professional service
  • Configuring and testing Point of Sales/ Pay Station terminals (training will be provided)
  • Training customers on how to use solutions
  • Working with our third party partners
  • Assistance in troubleshooting diverse technical scenarios
  • Using corporate internal workflow systems
  • Remotely deploying solutions, including updates and upgrades

Skills and Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Reliable team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure

Junior Software Developer

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates who are self-starters and are excited about technology. The right candidate would be passionate in developing, maintaining and continually enhancing our customer-facing solutions and internal systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Software Engineering or Computer Science university degree; or
  • Related University Degree (math, physics etc) with software development experience
  • Experience with the following technologies would be an asset, but not required:
  • Linux / C / C++ / PHP / SQL (MYSQL) / LAMP Stack / Windows (ActiveX, .NET, VB, C#)
  • Some experience preferred (i.e. Co-op Terms)

Job Summary:

As a Junior Software Developer, you would be working on designing and developing software applications / systems; while also maintaining and improving existing software applications / systems. You would have opportunities to work independently and also in a team to collaborate with other developers, IT and operations support. Troubleshooting technical problems and installing / maintaining servers are also key in this role.
